Datasets-ODESIA are the datasets that can be downloaded from sites of the ODESIA Leaderboard V1, ODESIA Leaderboard V2 and ODESIA Challenge 2024 at SEPLN.
User is the person that applies in his/her name or in the name of a team to download Datasets-ODESIA.
Terms and conditions
By downloading the Datasets-ODESIA or by accessing them in any manner, user agrees to follow the following conditions:

The downloaded Datasets-ODESIA should only be used for scientific or research purposes. Any other use is explicitly prohibited.

The Datasets-ODESIA should not be published, retransmitted, displayed, redistributed, reproduced, or commercially exploited in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the dataset in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s research. Interested third parties should be redirected to this website.

Datasets-ODESIA are released under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode).

Datasets-ODESIA must not be used for providing surveillance, analyses or research that isolates a group of individuals or any single individual for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.

User acknowledges and agrees that the Datasets-ODESIA are provided on an “as-is” basis and that the institutions that have contributed to creating them make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity with whatever documentation is provided. in no event shall ldc or its host institution be liable for special, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental or other damages, losses, costs, charges, claims, demands, fees or expenses of any nature or kind arising in any way from the furnishing of, or user’s use of, ODESIA-datasets.
In the case of the ODESIA Challenge 2024 at SEPLN, by submitting results to this challenge:

User consents to the public release of the user’s team scores at the SEPLN conference and in the associated proceedings if applicable, at the discretion of the challenge organizers. Scores may include, but are not limited to, automatic and manual quantitative judgements, qualitative judgements, and any other metrics that the task organizers consider convenient. User accepts that the ultimate decision of metric choice and score value is that of the challenge organizers.

User agrees that the challenge organizers are under no obligation to release scores and that scores may be withheld if the organizers consider that the submission was incomplete, erroneous, deceptive, or violated the letter or spirit of the competition's rules. Inclusion of a submission's scores is not an endorsement of a team or individual's submission, system, or science.

User agrees that the system for which results are submitted may be named according to the team’s name provided at the time of submission of results, or to a suitable shorthand as determined by the task organizers.
